  • Additional decorating and clean up time can be booked for an additional fee if the schedule allows.

  • While the venue does not decorate for the event, we are here to help! We will set up tables prior to your arrival, schedule linen rental and delivery, and provide any decor from our complimentary decor options.

  • The venue will supply a parking attendant for any larger events and weddings.

  • The barn can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests inside. For larger events, outdoor spaces can be utilized.

  • Yes! The barn is fully air conditioned and heated. The barn also has a gas fireplace for a cozy vibe in cooler months.

  • Due to our liquor license regulations, all alcohol must be purchased through the venue. No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.

  • Absolutely! All of us at The Bringhurst adore animals and welcome you to include them in your plans. We only ask that they never be left unattended and are on leash at all times as the venue is located off a main highway, we want to keep them safe! Pets are also not permitted on any furniture.

  • We have an exceptional in house DJ who will keep your guests entertained throughout your entire event! (View DJ Information Here)

  • While it is not required to use a caterer for your event, it is highly encouraged to ensure your event goes as planned. All licensed caterers will need to submit their certificate of insurance to the venue.
